PATTEX FT101 is an all purpose, one-part, moisture curing, elasticjoint sealant and multipurpose adhesive for indoor and outdoorapplications based on Flextec-Technology. It provides excellentadhesion to a wide range of construction materials without primer,good elasticity complies with ISO11600-F-25HM (movementcapability 25%), high initial tack, can be applied to damp surfaceswithout bubbling or losing adhesion (unlike UP sealants), UV, weatherand aging resistance no surface cracking or crazing or yellowing,silicone free, solvent-free, sandable, good gunnability even at lowtemperatures, no shrinkage during curing, good compatibility withpaints can be painted after curing.
