How many days does it take for order delivery within the UAE?

If you choose Express delivery, you’ll receive your order within 24 hours. Click here to learn more.

It takes 2 – 5 business days to deliver the order within UAE. In case of items such as refrigerators, Television of size 40” and above, Washing machines and other major appliances, which are delivered by the supplier, the delivery happens within 5-7 business days.

In the unlikely event of the product not available with the Supplier, Sharaf DG reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the customer (if already paid) or suggest alternatives to the customer for a similar product.

What are the shipping charges for delivery within the UAE?

Purchases from categories other than Large Home Appliances, Large Televisions are charged AED 13. Charges vary as per the size and location of delivery determined by the seller. However, DG Members do not pay any delivery charge for products sold by Sharaf DG.

Do you deliver products outside the UAE?

No. Currently we do not deliver outside the UAE.

However, you may get in touch with our call center on 600 502034 for any specific requirement. We will offer assistance to you based on the availability of the product and delivery feasibility outside the UAE.

Store Pickup:

Orders are available for Store Pickup at the below Sharaf DG Store Locations at no additional Shipping Charge:

Products that are not available for Store Pickup are:

  • Other Large Appliances delivered directly by our Supplier

  • Online Exclusive items

Your order will be reserved for 7 days after which the order will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

To pickup your order, please bring the following documents to the store:

  • Order ID
  • Original Emirates ID or Passport with Visa matching the name mentioned on the order.
  • Credit Card used to place order.

NOTE:

  • The order will not be handed over without these documents.
  • You will be informed on your registered email ID once your order is available at the store pickup location of your choice.

What is the cancelation policy for orders placed on www.sharafdg.com?

You may cancel the order until before the order has been dispatched by calling our call center on 600 502034 or writing to us at support@sharafdg.com

Cancelations after dispatching the order is not possible. However, you may choose to return the product based on our hassle free Return Policy.

What happens if I am not home to accept the order delivery?

Our courier partner will contact you on the mobile number you had given at the time of placing the order.

You may suggest an alternate schedule for receiving your order. However, after 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact will result in auto cancellation of your order and amount refunded to your account (if already paid).

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

No. You cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. However, you may cancel and re-initiate a new order with the updated delivery information.
