Control the temperature of the Apollo™ easily with the sliding air vents on the top and bottom of the unit. Use the ACCU-PROBE™ temperature gauge with rust free air vents to keep an eye on the interior temperature, while eyelets allow you to monitor the temperature in the different chambers as well. When you need to, easily add more charcoal and wood chips with the convenient, easy access doors.

WHAT’S IN THE BOX

Your new Apollo™ Charcoal Grill And Water Smoker comes with both of the tiers to make this awesome grill as big as you need it to be. It comes with the bottom bowl, two middle tiers with easy access doors, and lid with hook mount inside. It also includes 5 meat hooks for hanging meat. The Apollo™ by Napoleon also comes with two large cooking grids with handles, making it easy to add and remove the grids as necessary and large enough for 12 hamburgers at once. Also included are the water pan for adding moisture to the foods you’re smoking, and a large capacity charcoal basket to raise your charcoal bed off the bottom of the bowl. The Apollo™ also comes with its own instruction and care booklet, featuring recipes and a getting started guide to smoking food.
