- To trade-in, purchase a Nokia 3 or a Nokia 5 smartphone from any Sharaf DG Store and produce the receipt/invoice and your existing Nokia phone at the Customer service desk.
- Your phone can be in any condition as long as it switches on.
- Collect the ticket from the Customer service desk and proceed to the cashier to collect AED 100 Sharaf DG Gift Voucher
