The Teka MaestroPizza HLB 8510 P is a multifunction pyrolytic oven with a dedicated pizza function reaching 340°C, an included pizza stone, eight cooking functions and Pyrolysis and HydroClean PRO cleaning systems.
MaestroPizza Cooking Function
The Teka MaestroPizza HLB 8510 P is a multifunction oven featuring a dedicated pizza function that reaches 340°C. Its high-temperature cooking capability is designed for preparing pizzas with a Neapolitan-style finish.
Ceramic Pizza Stone
The oven includes a special ceramic pizza stone. Combined with the high-temperature pizza function, it supports pizza baking and can also be used for preparing homemade bread and other doughs.
Multifunction SurroundTemp Technology
SurroundTemp technology provides eight cooking functions for preparing pizza, baked goods and traditional recipes. The temperature range for traditional recipes is 50°C to 250°C.
70-Litre Oven Capacity
The oven offers a net capacity of 70 litres and a gross capacity of 71 litres. Five cooking levels provide different positions for placing trays and the reinforced grid.
Dual Cleaning Systems
The oven combines pyrolytic self-cleaning with the automatic HydroClean PRO cleaning system. These two cleaning methods provide different approaches to cleaning the oven interior.
Controls and Timer
The Teka oven features a touch control display with knobs and an electronic timer with delay and start functions. Manual quick heating is also included.
Door Design and Safety
The removable quadruple-glazed door features the SoftClose system. Additional features include a child safety lock and an automatic disconnection safety system.
