- Applicable for both working and non-working devices.
- Online customers receive an instant AED 100 discount. The old unit will be collected at the time of delivery.

- Eligibility Criteria
- Devices must be undamaged (no cracks, broken parts, or missing components).
- Apple tablets (iPads) are excluded from this promotion.
- Only one Buy back voucher can be redeemed per qualifying device per customer during the offer period.
- Buy back vouchers are valid only for products in the same category (e.g., old printer for new printer).
- Emirates ID must be presented for in-store redemption.

- Voucher Terms (In-Store)
- Vouchers are non-transferable for cash or gift cards.
- Vouchers cannot be reissued if lost or stolen.
- Vouchers are valid until September 20, 2026.
- Vouchers are issued in-store upon acceptance of the old device by the Tech Bench Team.
- Lost vouchers will not be replaced.

- Online Purchase Conditions
- AED 100 discount is applied instantly by selecting the Buy back option.
- The old device must be handed over at the time of delivery.
- If the device is not provided or does not meet eligibility criteria, delivery will be denied and the order will be cancelled.
- Buy back discount cannot be combined with any other promotional activity (e.g., bundle offers, bank discounts, coupon discounts).

- All standard payment methods are accepted.
- Promotion is valid for one-time use only per customer per qualifying device.

- This promotion cannot be combined with:

- Return Policy: In case of product return, only the invoice value after AED 100 discount will be refunded.
