Promotion Overview: Samsung NPI Preorder starts on 10th July 2024 for the following products: Flip 6, Fold 6, Watch Ultra, Watch 7, Buds 3, Buds 3 Pro, Flip 6 Accessories, and Fold 6 Accessories. This promotion is applicable both in-store and online.

Key Features of the Promotion:

Customers purchasing the Samsung Fold 6 and Flip 6 can choose the preorder offer as per the provided table (Offer 1 or Offer 2).

In addition to the mentioned savings, there is an ENBD 0% interest offer for up to 24 months at 12% of the product value, applicable only on Flip 6 & Fold 6 models. This offer is valid until 4th August 2024.

Model wise Trade-in Top-up:

Minimum Purchase Amount: OFFLINE/STORES: Customers will pay the amount specified in the table as a partial payment to book the preorder. The balance amount will be collected at the time of product delivery. For online purchases, customers must make full payment.

ONLINE:: Customers must pay the full product value to book the preorder.

Promotion Conditions: Sharaf DG reserves the right to revoke the promotion at its discretion.

• Each customer can pre-book only one unit.
• A valid photo ID and mobile number must be provided. Entries without ID proof and a mobile number will be void.
• Customer name, email ID, and mobile number must be captured in POS during invoicing, which is 100% mandatory.
• Pre-booking details will be collected daily and shared with Samsung for stock allocation. Therefore, capturing all customer details on invoices is essential.
• Stock allocation for pre-booking customers will be based on system reports; no manual interventions will be entertained.
• Billing should be done as per the preorder billing amount of the device using the specified pre-booking item codes. Invoicing must be done as a customer care delivery or CD Invoice. Do not use advance receipt mode for these transactions.
• During product delivery post-launch, the preorder invoice must be refunded, and a new invoice must be generated using actual product item codes, which will be communicated later.
• FOC will be issued to customers only with the device after the launch.
• It is mandatory to unbox and activate the device before handing it over to customers.
• This must be communicated to all pre-booking customers at the time of booking.
• If the customer does not agree to unbox, do not take the booking for the device.
• No deviations will be allowed for the unboxing and activation process.

Exchange Top-up Terms & Conditions:

1. Non-working or no-power old devices are not eligible for any trade-in top-up support.
2. Stores must punch in the Trade-in Article code “6008518” for all customers opting for exchange.
3. Customers can upgrade across categories of any branded smartphones, tablets, or wearables to the newly selected device (up to 3K++ models available on the agency portal).
4. Customers can upgrade multiple devices (up to three old devices) at once, but top-up is applicable only for one device.
5. Final Offering: Old device residual value (AED) (up to three old devices) + 1x Top-up support value (AED).
6. All brands of mobiles, tablets, and wearables, including fitness bands, are eligible.
7. Top-up support remains fixed for all new devices. The agency value varies only based on the old device condition.
8. Top-up support will automatically reflect in the agency portal.

Samsung Care+ Terms & Conditions:

1. Samsung Care+ is applicable only on Flip 6 & Fold 6 preorders from 10th July to 23rd July 2024.
2. Customers must activate the complimentary one-year Samsung Care+ within 60 days from the device’s acquiring date in the Benefits section of the Samsung Members app pre-installed on the device. Customers must provide their name, email address, and device IMEI or serial number to activate Samsung Care+.
