2. How to Avail the Offer

• Cashback is provided in the form of a coupon code.
• You will receive the coupon code via email (on the registered email ID associated with the order) after successful delivery or in-store collection of your purchase.
• The coupon can be used for future redemptions on qualifying purchases.

3. Cashback Redemption

• The value of the coupon is AED 100.
• The same coupon code can be used twice for different purchases, making the total cashback value AED 200.
• Each redemption requires a minimum purchase of AED 1,500.
• The coupon cannot be combined with other coupon codes, bundles, cashback, or bank offers.

4. What’s Included

• All products across uae.sharafdg.com (excluding gift cards, digital top-ups, or subscription-based services) are eligible for:
• The initial AED 2,000 purchase to receive the cashback coupon
• Future orders using the cashback coupon

5. What’s Not Included

• If the original order is cancelled or returned, the cashback coupon will be deactivated.
• The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
• The cashback coupon code is limited to two uses only, with AED 100 redeemable per transaction, and cannot be used more than once in the same transaction.

Sharaf DG reserves the right to:

• Modify, pause, or terminate the cashback offer at any time without prior notice
• Cancel any order or coupon found violating the above terms
• Any misuse (e.g., fake orders or duplicate accounts) will lead to cancellation of the coupon and disqualification from the offer.
