Sharaf DG Return Policy
At Sharaf DG, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your product to return the product that is eligible for a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it (unopened, if applicable, with the original packaging, including accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, brand seal, and Sharaf DG security seal, etc.).
- The returned product should be the same original item received.
- The product is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- The product is not part of the non-eligible categories below.
If you have received a defective item, this item is eligible for a full refund or exchange after the verification process. Any claims after the return period will be treated as a warranty claim.
Refund Duration:
Upon receipt of your returned item, kindly note that the return process, which includes returns from Marketplace Sellers, may take up to two weeks for us to complete. Once the return processing is completed, it will take 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your payment card statement or bank account.
How to Initiate a Return:
- For items bought from Sharaf DG store:
- Bring the item to any Sharaf DG store with the original tax invoice received by the customer on his/her registered email ID/Phone Number.
- Head to the Customer Service or Returns desk within the store and inform the staff that you would like to process a return.
- For items bought from www.sharafdg.com (Sharaf DG Items):
- In Store Return:
- Bring the item to any Sharaf DG store with the original tax invoice received by the customer on his/her registered email ID/Phone Number.
- Head to the Customer Service or Returns desk within the store and inform the staff that you would like to process a return.
- Online Return:
- Email your order details to “Email,” and our customer support team will reach out to provide you with the necessary return instructions.
- In Store Return:
- For items bought from www.sharafdg.com (Marketplace Items):

- “Open Units” – Open Box Units sold on Sharaf DG:
- 1. The standard Sharaf DG Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy is not applicable for the Open box and Display Items, the defective products can be returned to any of the Sharaf DG stores.
- 2. Return for the Sold Items is only applicable in case of defective after it has been tested by our personnel or manufacturer’s authorized service center technician, as applicable, within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
- 3. A product identified as defective will not be eligible for replacement. Customers can avail of a Sharaf DG Gift Card or Refund in the same mode of payment.
- 4. The warranty tendered hereunder, on the product(s) sold under this invoice is limited to UAE for six (06) MONTHS from the date of invoice.
- 5. Warranty becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered with or any Physical/Liquid Damage is identified by the authorized service center.
Non-Eligible Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange if packaging is opened, or the item is used:
- Accessories
- Personal Care
- Hygiene Products
- Perfumes
- Cosmetics
- Apparel
- Stationary
- Online Activation Cards
- Activated Devices
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized order products (e.g. assembled/tailormade furniture)
- Cut cables or wires
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after completing the return process

Restocking Fee:
For opened or used products, a minimum restocking fee of 15% may be applied to cover handling and restocking costs.
Important:
If customers are discovered to abuse the return policy, engaging in excessive returns, returning items not in their original condition, or frequently canceling or refusing placed orders, Sharaf DG retains the right to issue warnings, implement restrictions, refuse returns, suspend, block, and/or terminate the relevant customer accounts as deemed necessary.
