How many days does it take for order delivery within the UAE?

It takes 2 – 5 business days to deliver the order within UAE. In case of items such as refrigerators, Television of size 40” and above, Washing machines and other major appliances, which are delivered by the supplier, the delivery happens within 5-7 business days.

In the unlikely event of the product not available with the Supplier, Sharaf DG reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the customer (if already paid) or suggest alternatives to the customer for a similar product.

What are the shipping charges for delivery within the UAE?

Delivery is FREE. No minimum spend required.

Do you deliver products outside the UAE?

No. Currently we do not deliver outside the UAE.

However, you may get in touch with our call center on 800-344357 for any specific requirement. We will offer assistance to you based on the availability of the product and delivery feasibility outside the UAE.

What are the Payment Options available for placing an order?

We offer you Pay Now (Debit/Credit Card Payment) and Pay Later (Cash on Delivery) payment options.

Cash on Delivery option is not available on products such as refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, dishwashers, Televisions of screen size 40” and above and other major domestic appliances that are directly delivered by our suppliers.

Cash on Delivery option is not available on certain products that are on clearance.

What are the Delivery Options available at the time of placing an order?

Home Delivery:

Store Pickup:

All products are covered under standard product warranty as mentioned in the Warranty Terms & Conditions.

What is the return policy for products purchased on www.sharafdg.com?

What are options to return the product?

Our hassle free return policy allows you easy access to our customer care and call center for processing your returns.

The below are the options to return the product:

What is the cancelation policy for orders placed on www.sharafdg.com?

You may cancel the order until before the order has been dispatched by calling our call center on 800-344357 or writing to us at support@sharafdg.com

Cancelations after dispatching the order is not possible. However, you may choose to return the product based on our hassle free Return Policy.

What happens if I am not home to accept the order delivery?

Our courier partner will contact you on the mobile number you had given at the time of placing the order.

You may suggest an alternate schedule for receiving your order. However, after 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact will result in auto cancellation of your order and amount refunded to your account (if already paid).

We advise you to write to us on support@sharafdg.com or call us on 800-344357 and inform us for an alternate schedule.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

No. You cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. However, you may cancel and re-initiate a new order with the updated delivery information.

We strongly recommend you to keep your contact information updated at all times.
