- The savings voucher can be redeemed on products from the following brands:
- Samsung, LG, Hitachi, Bosch, Siemens, Electrolux, Super General, Panasonic, Hisense, Philips, Dyson, Braun, Tefal, Moulinex, JBL, Bose, Sony, TCL TV, Oral-B, and Harman Kardon.
- Sharaf DG Products Only:
- The savings voucher is applicable exclusively for products sold by Sharaf DG.
- Validity of the Gift Card:
- The savings voucher is valid until December 4, 2025.
- Redemption Options:
- The savings voucher can be redeemed both online and in-store.
- Standard Terms Apply:
- Usage of the voucher is subject to Sharaf DG’s standard Terms and Conditions.
- Requirements for Customers Redeeming the Voucher:
- Online Purchases:
- Customers must use the same account linked to the voucher for redemption.
- In-Store Purchases:
- Provide the email address linked to their existing Sharaf DG account or create a new account during billing.
- Ensure the mobile number linked to the email address is provided at the time of billing.
- Eligible customers will receive an email with voucher details within 24 hours of purchase.

- Redemption Process for AED 2000 Savings Voucher
- Online Redemption
- Visit the Sharaf DG website or application.
- Log into your account.
- Choose the product from the list of eligible items sold by Sharaf DG.
- Go to the “Redeem Gift Card” section under “My Account” and access the voucher code.
- Apply the voucher code at checkout.
- Complete your purchase and redemption.
- In-Store Redemption
- Log into your Sharaf DG account on the website/application.
- Access the voucher code via the “Redeem Gift Card” section under “My Account.”
- Visit any Sharaf DG store.
- Select eligible products for purchase.
- Show the voucher code to the cashier during checkout.
- Complete the redemption process.
- Exchange Your Old Appliances/ Televisions & Get FLAT AED 500 cashback on your new purchase
- Promotion Valid from 23 Jan 2025 Till 02nd FEB. 2025
- Maximum Trade-In Value: Maximum Trade-In Value: Get FLAT AED 500 cashback when trading in your old device. (Any condition: Working/ Non-Working will be accepted)
- Participating Channels: This promotion is available exclusively at Sharaf DG stores and online.
- Eligible Products: The promotion applies to large home appliances and televisions sold by Sharaf DG with a minimum purchase of AED 1,299 on warehouse delivery models only

- Sharaf DG Buyback Program:
- The buyback program applies to large home appliances and televisions
- Eligible brands include Samsung, Philips, Hisense, Sony, LG, Hitachi, Siemens, Bosch, Super General, Electrolux, Panasonic, TCL, and Candy.
- Steps to Avail Buyback:
- 1. Purchase a qualifying large appliance/ television from Sharaf DG.

- 3. The value of your old appliance/ television will be Appear Flat AED 500.
- 4. Only one device can be traded against one product purchased.
- Buyback Process:
- The buyback amount will be deposited directly into your bank account.
- Sharaf DG will deliver your new appliance/ television and collect your old product at the same time
- Present your Emirates ID during the delivery of the new product
- After your old unit is collected, you will receive a link to submit your bank details within 2 days of unit collection.
- Cashback Processing:
- Cashback will be processed to your bank account within 21 working days after receiving your bank details.
- Delay in submitting the old unit or providing bank details will result in the immediate termination of the deal and disqualify you from receiving cashback.
- Once the request is rejected, the transaction stands closed in our system.
- You must submit accurate bank details within 2 working days of receiving the form to avoid automatic cancellation of your cashback request.
