What is Esaad?
Esaad card, the card that brings joy, offers eligible members exclusive discounts and multiple benefits that can be used across various brands in UAE. To improve the quality of life and sustain happy employees, Esaad card was introduced in March 2017 by the General Directorate of Dubai Police for government employees. Registered employees and their immediate families can utilize Esaad card offers.

- Only one discount per customer per invoice will be honored, whichever is higher among DG Member, Esaad, Fazaa, Waffer, Extra Miles, or Bank offers.
- DG Member, Esaad, and Fazaa card discounts apply only to electronics and accessories.
- Esaad members must present a valid ID to redeem the discount.
- For Esaad members with an E-ID, the membership number, name, and contact details will be recorded.
