Betadine Antiseptic Paint is a quick drying topical antiseptic for the treatment of cold sores, grazes, abrasions, cuts and wounds. Betadine antiseptic paint contains povidone-iodine 10% w/v and is a red-brown hydro alcoholic solution supplied in a glass bottle with a white polypropylene cap and an integral nylon brush containing 8 mL of the product. Benefits: Effective in the treatment of dermal infections caused by bacteria, fungi, yeasts, viruses and protozoa Indicated for the treatment of herpes simplex, herpes zoster Treatment or prevention of infection in minor cuts and abrasions How to Use: Topical use only. Apply directly to affected areas using the integral nylon brush two or more times daily and can be covered with dressing if desired. Rinse the brush thoroughly after use.
