Promotion Overview:

Students and teachers can enjoy an additional 5% discount, up to AED 150, on eligible laptop purchases by presenting valid identification.

General T&Cs:

• Discount Value: 5% off, capped at AED 150.
• Applicable Channels: Available in-store and online.
• Eligible Products: Windows laptops priced at AED 2,500 and above.
• Combining Offers: This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
• Payment Methods: All standard payment methods are accepted.
• Applicable only on select laptop models priced at AED 2,500 and above.
• Uploaded documents will be reviewed by the Head Office team. Any discrepancies will be flagged for correction.
• Customers must sign the Student Discount Claim Form provided by the store or online teams.
• Return Policy: In case of a return, only the final invoice amount will be refunded. The discount voucher will be voided if the associated product is returned.

Who can avail this discount?

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students: Grade 12 and above from UAE-accredited schools/universities.
• Teachers: Employed at UAE-accredited institutions.

How to avail this discount?

• Verification Process:
• In-store customers must present documents to the store team, who will upload them via the sales tool before proceeding with the purchase.
• Online purchases: Customers must complete the form and upload documents. Once submitted, the documents will be checked and verified by Sharaf DG internal teams. Once verified, a Sharaf DG Customer Care representative will contact the customer via email with the discount coupon code.

Exclusions:

Additional Terms:

• Billing must be in the name of the student or teacher.
