Maximum Discount Amount

• The maximum value that can be won back is AED 5,000 per winner, awarded as Sharaf DG Gift Vouchers.

Exclusions

• Only customers who purchase eligible Windows or Apple laptops/tablets priced at AED 999 and above qualify for the draw.
• If an invoice contains more than one laptop or tablet, only the product with the lowest selling price will be considered for the purchase-back offer.

Eligible Payment Methods

• All payment methods accepted by Sharaf DG are eligible.

Promotion Conditions

• One winner will be selected every day during the promotion period, totaling 43 winners.
• If the eligible product value is below AED 5,000, the actual product value will be awarded as Sharaf DG Gift Vouchers.
• If the eligible product value is AED 5,000 or above, the maximum voucher value awarded will be AED 5,000.
• Winners will be selected through a random draw process.
• Online winners will be notified via email, SMS, or phone call using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
• In-store winners will be notified immediately upon successful payment.
• The original invoice and valid identification may be required to validate and claim the prize.

Additional Recommended Conditions

• One entry per eligible invoice only.
• Only completed and fully paid transactions qualify for the draw.
• Cancelled orders will not qualify for the draw.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Return Policy

• Any unclaimed prize not claimed within 30 days from the winner notification date will be forfeited.
• If a winning product is returned, the corresponding Sharaf DG Gift Voucher must also be returned or its value will be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.
