Promotion Period:

Stock Availability:
The promotional bundle includes either a Yasmina Mini or Yasmina Lite AI Smart Speaker, subject to availability. Distribution is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Definitions:

Yango Play Subscription:
A paid, time-limited digital streaming service that allows access to subscription content via the Internet. The service enables users to stream content for a specified duration under defined terms.

Promotional Reward:
A package consisting of:

• One (1) Yasmina AI Smart Speaker (Mini or Lite model)
• One (1) digital voucher for a 3-month Yango Play Subscription

Eligible User:
An individual customer who:

• Makes a single purchase of AED 2,000 or more at a participating Sharaf DG store during the promotional period
• Resides in the United Arab Emirates
• Is a new Yango Play subscriber (existing subscribers are not eligible)
• Completes in-store activation of the Yango Play Subscription
• Is not an employee or representative of YANGO/DEXICONN GULF

Participation Requirements:

• Must be located in the United Arab Emirates
• Make a qualifying purchase of AED 2,000 or more in a single transaction at a participating Sharaf DG store
• Agree to install and activate the 3-month Yango Play Subscription in-store with assistance from Sharaf DG staff
• Complete the activation and provide any required verification or information
• No additional fee is required to participate in this promotion

Promotional Reward Details:

Each eligible customer will receive:

• One (1) Yasmina AI Smart Speaker (Mini or Lite, depending on availability)
• One (1) digital voucher for a 3-month Yango Play Subscription

Limit: One (1) reward per qualifying transaction per customer

Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other substitutes

Claim & Delivery Process:

All customers (online and in-store) must visit the Customer Care Desk at Sharaf DG to claim the reward

Upon successful in-store activation of Yango Play:

• The customer receives the Yasmina Smart Speaker
• The digital Yango Play voucher code is sent to the customer

Customer Care staff must verify:

• Activation and login to Yango Play
• Issue billing and hand over the speaker accordingly

Customers must retain the Yasmina speaker packaging for at least 7 days in case of returns

Purchase Verification:

Online Purchases:
Eligibility is confirmed on the thank-you page and verified via the Order Management System (OMS) in-store

In-Store Purchases:
Promotion details shared during billing; eligibility confirmed using the store invoice

Failure to verify eligibility will result in forfeiture of the reward

Mandatory Yango Play Activation:

Customers must:

• Install the Yango Play app
• Activate the 3-month subscription in-store
• Assistance from Sharaf DG staff is required

Recommended: Download and activate via mobile device
(Note: Activation may not function properly on workplace desktops with IT restrictions)

Activation steps:

• Sign up with email ID
• Enter credit card information (trial only, no immediate charge)
• Confirm subscription
• Download and log in to the Yango Play app
• Sharaf DG agent to verify successful activation

Full activation is mandatory before issuing the reward

Smart Speaker Activation:

The Yasmina Smart Speaker must be activated within 15 days of receipt

Forfeiture Conditions:

The reward will be forfeited under the following conditions:

• Inability to verify purchase eligibility
• Failure to activate Yango Play in-store
• Return or refund of the primary purchase associated with the promotion

Returns Policy:

Customers must return the Yasmina Speaker if the qualifying purchase is refunded or returned

Sharaf DG staff must inform customers to retain the speaker’s packaging for at least 7 days post-purchase

General Conditions:

This is a promotional offer and not a lottery; no element of chance is involved

By participating, users agree to comply with these terms and conditions

Fraudulent or manipulative behavior will lead to disqualification

Sharaf DG reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any participant violating the terms
• Suspend participation if misconduct is detected
• Modify, cancel, or terminate the promotion in case of unforeseen circumstances

In case of promotion cancellation or refund, the Yasmina Speaker must be returned
