To use the RENPHO Massage Gun, first fully charge it using the USB C cable, not included. Before use, select an appropriate attachment based on the target body area. Apply the massage gun to the target area in circular or linear motions, avoiding bones and joints. Use for a maximum of 10 minutes at a time, as indicated by the auto off timer. Always follow safety precautions, such as avoiding use near water and on broken or irritated skin.
