- 1. Pre-Order Free-of-Charge (FOC) Gift Campaign
- Campaign Duration: 31st July 2026 – 6th August 2026 (inclusive)
- Eligibility: Applies exclusively to customers who place a Pre-Order or Early Reservation for any OPPO Reno 16 Series device between 31st July 2026 and 6th August 2026.
- FOC Tier Allocation:
- Tier 1 (First 50 Customers): Philips Soundbar.
- Tier 2 (Customers 51–100): Grabit Vivox Speaker.
- Tier 3 (101st customer onwards): Grabit Buddy or Grabit G-Rock Speaker (subject to stock availability).
- FOC Conditions:
- Complimentary gifts will be allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the online order confirmation timestamp or in-store invoice generation time.
- Complimentary gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, or alternative products.
- In case the advertised gift is unavailable, Sharaf DG and OPPO reserve the right to substitute it with a gift of equal or higher value.
- One complimentary gift is applicable per eligible device purchased.

- 2. Trade-In Top-Up Promotion
- Campaign Duration: 7th August 2026 – 16th August 2026 (inclusive).
- Eligibility: Customers purchasing an OPPO Reno 16 Series device and trading in an eligible device.
- Receive up to AED 200 additional trade-in bonus over the evaluated value of an eligible working smartphone.
- The trade-in device must power on, have an intact display and successfully pass the approved diagnostic evaluation.
- The final trade-in value shall be determined solely by the authorised trade-in partner and shall be final.
- The customer must remove all personal data before handing over the device.
- The customer confirms legal ownership of the trade-in device.
- The trade-in bonus will be applied only upon successful completion of the trade-in process.
- One trade-in bonus is applicable per eligible device.
- 3. General Terms & Conditions
- Offers are valid only at official Sharaf DG stores in the UAE and on www.sharafdg.com.
- Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
- All offers are subject to stock availability.
- In the event of an order cancellation or product return, complimentary gifts must be returned unopened; otherwise, their retail value will be deducted from the refund.
- Sharaf DG and OPPO reserve the right to reject fraudulent or abusive transactions.
- Original purchase invoice may be required for verification.
- Sharaf DG reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion without prior notice.
