Printer Connection Help
If you encounter “Printer connection failed” with your Android phone, you can update the printer’s Bluetooth firmware via iOS or PC cloud printing. After the update, double-press the printer’s power button to print a self-test page. If the Bluetooth version changes to 7470, the update is successful.
