Just grab your Pulse O2 and go! The tracker recognizes your running: it automatically displays a Run Recap screen with your racing stats. Push the top button once and know where you stand.

Monitor your sleep

Place the Withings Pulse O2 in the wristband and launch the sleep cycle analysis. The in-app graph shows the different sleep cycles and lists key sleep quality indicators in order to help you have more restorative nights.
