- Guaranteed AED 100 Top-Up on the purchase of a new Tablet, Printer, or Monitor priced at AED 700 or above.
- Applicable for both working and non-working devices.
- Online customers receive an instant AED 100 discount via coupon code. The old unit will be collected at the time of delivery.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Devices must be undamaged (no cracks, broken parts, or missing components).
- Apple tablets (iPads) are excluded from this promotion.
- Only one buyback voucher can be redeemed per qualifying device per customer during the offer period.
- Buyback vouchers are valid only for products in the same category (e.g., old printer for new printer).
- Emirates ID must be presented for in-store redemption.
- Voucher Terms:
- Vouchers are non-transferable for cash or gift cards.
- Vouchers cannot be reissued if lost or stolen.
- Vouchers are valid until September 21, 2025.
- Vouchers are issued in-store upon acceptance of the old device by the Tech Bench Team.
- Lost vouchers will not be replaced.

- 2. Add the Exclusive Buyback Offer Add-On
- On the Product Detail Page (PDP), scroll to the “Exclusive Buyback Offer” section.
- Click on “Add Ons” to view available trade-in options.
- 3. Choose Exchange Option
- Select the “Exchange and Save – Guaranteed AED 100” trade-in offer.
- 4. Cart Update
- The Trade-in Plan cost will be automatically added to your final cart value.
- Online Purchase Conditions:
- AED 100 discount is applied instantly via selecting Addons.
- The old device must be handed over at the time of delivery.
- If the device is not provided or does not meet eligibility criteria, delivery will be denied and the order will be cancelled.
- Payment & Usage:
- All payment methods are accepted.
- Promotion is valid for one-time use only per customer per qualifying device.
- Combining Offers:

- Return Policy:
