  • Promotion Overview: Printer/Tablet/Monitor BuyBack
  • Brief Description – BTS Promotion – AED 100 off on any working or non-working Tablets/Printers/Monitors
  • Key Features of the Promotion –
  • Maximum Discount Amount: Bring any working or non-working Tablet, Printer, or Monitor and receive an assured AED 100 discount on a new Android device.
  • Exclusions:
    1. Cracked, broken, or physically damaged units are not accepted.
    2. Promotion is not applicable to Apple tablets (iPads).
    3. Buyback vouchers are not valid for products other than those mentioned.
    4. Buyback vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or a Sharaf DG gift card.
    5. Buyback vouchers cannot be reissued if stolen or lost.
    6. Only one buyback voucher can be redeemed per qualifying device per customer during the offer period.
    7. No two offers can be combined during the campaign period.
  • Eligible Payment Methods:
    1. All modes of payment are accepted.
    2. Promotion is applicable for one-time use only.
  • Promotion Conditions:
    1. The promotion is valid from August 2, 2024, to September 8, 2024.
    2. The promotion applies to Android Tablets, Printers, and Monitors.
    3. The promotion is available both in-store and online.
    4. A buyback top-up value of AED 100 will be given for online purchases without any trade-in value of the device.
    5. Emirates ID must be presented when redeeming the voucher in-store.
    6. Buyback vouchers are valid until September 15, 2024.
    7. In-store, the AED 100 top-up will be provided by the tech bench team.
    8. Voucher can be transferred at your discretion at the store only.
    9. Lost coupons will not be reissued.
  • Combining Offers:
    1. No two offers can be combined during the campaign period.
    2. Buyback vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers for purchasing new laptops.
    3. The Buyback Promotion cannot be combined with FOC Promotions, Bank Promotions, or any other offers.
    4. The Buyback Promotion or voucher cannot be combined with any other promotion online or in-store.
  • Return Policy:
    In case of a return, only the invoice value (after the AED 100 discount) will be refunded.
  • Offer Applicable on: Printers (AED 500 and above), Monitors (AED 500 and above), Tablets (AED 700 and above).
  • Additional Terms:
    1. The promotion is available in-store and online from August 2, 2024, to September 8, 2024.
    2. This offer may be terminated without prior notice.
    3. Buyback vouchers will be issued upon acceptance of the old device in Sharaf DG stores.
    4. Buyback vouchers are redeemable only for products in the same category (e.g., an old printer for a new printer).
    5. Only one buyback voucher can be redeemed per qualifying device per customer during the offer period.
    6. Standard Sharaf DG Terms & Conditions apply.
