  2. If a laptop above AED 3000 is returned and a new laptop below AED 3000 is purchased, the customer must return the Pick Your Gift item in unused and unopened condition. If not returned in such condition, the full value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
  3. For any laptop return, the Pick Your Gift item must be returned in unused and unopened condition. If not returned in this condition, the full value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
