• Uploaded documents will be reviewed and verified by the Customer Care/Head Office team. Any discrepancies will be flagged for correction, and the order will be held from dispatch until resolved.

• Return Policy: In case of a return, only the final invoice amount will be refunded. The discount voucher will be voided if the associated product is returned.

Verification Process:

• Step 1: Customer places the order online and applies the coupon code at checkout.
• Step 2: Customer completes the Student/Teacher Discount Form and uploads the required documents (Student/Teacher ID and Emirates ID).
• Step 3: The Customer Care team cross-checks the submitted details against the corresponding order on OMS to confirm eligibility.
• Step 4: Only once verified and an approved status is shared with the Warehouse team will the order be released for dispatch. Orders will not be dispatched on coupon usage alone.
