- BTS Laptop Buyback 2026 Promotion
- Promotion Duration: August 28, 2026 – September 13, 2026
- Promotion Overview: Buyback any working or non-working laptop and receive an assured discount on the purchase of a new Windows Notebook.
- Key Offer Details
- AED 500 Discount: Applicable when trading in a working laptop, valid for in-store purchases.
- AED 200 Discount:
- Applicable when trading in a non-working laptop, valid for Online & in-store purchases only.
- Applicable when trading in a working laptop, valid for Online purchases only.
- Exclusions
- Devices that are cracked, broken, or physically damaged will not be accepted.
- Apple MacBooks are not eligible for this promotion.
- Buyback vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or Sharaf DG gift cards.
- Buyback vouchers will not be reissued if lost or stolen.
- Buyback vouchers are non-transferable between devices or customers.
- Only one buyback voucher can be redeemed per qualifying device per customer during the offer period.
- No two offers can be combined during the campaign period.
- Eligible Payment Methods
- All standard payment methods are accepted.
- Promotion is valid for one-time use only per customer.
- Promotion Conditions
- Valid from August 28 to September 13, 2026.
- Applicable only on Windows Notebooks.
- Available in-store and online.
- Online purchases:
- Only laptops to laptops can be traded in.
- AED 200 discount will be applied even if the Buyback device has no residual value.
- Online Purchase Journey
- 1. Select Your Product: Choose a Windows Laptop from the available options. Offer applicable to products sold by SharafDG.
- 2. Select the Upgrade with Buyback option: Click on Add to Cart to avail the offer at a discounted price.
- Online Purchase Conditions
- AED 200 discount is applied instantly by selecting the Buyback option.
- The old device must be handed over at the time of delivery to the courier partner. Please note Laptop will be checked by the courier partner for any damage.
- If the device is not provided or does not meet eligibility criteria, delivery will be denied, and the order will be cancelled.
- Buyback discount cannot be clubbed with any other promotional activity (Bundle offers, Bank discount, Coupon discount).
- In-Store Purchases
- AED 200 or AED 500 discount will be provided by the Tech Bench Team based on device condition.
- Emirates ID must be presented for voucher redemption.
- Buyback vouchers are valid until September 20, 2026.
- Coupons/vouchers can be transferred at the customer’s discretion, but lost coupons will not be reissued.
- Combining Offers
- This promotion cannot be combined with:
- Other vouchers.
- FOC promotions.
- Bank promotions.
- DG Member discounts.
- Any other in-store or online promotional offers.
- Return Policy: In case of a return, only the final invoice value (after AED 200/AED 500 discount) will be refunded.
- Offer Applicability
- Applicable on all Windows Notebooks.
- AED 500 discount: for working devices, valid in-store only.
- AED 200 discount: for non-working devices, valid in-store and online.
- Additional Terms
- Promotion is valid from August 28 to September 13, 2026, in-store and online.
- Sharaf DG reserves the right to terminate or modify the offer without prior notice.
- Buyback vouchers will be issued upon acceptance of the old device in Sharaf DG stores.
- Vouchers are redeemable only on Windows laptops.
- Only one voucher per qualifying device per customer is allowed.
- Standard Sharaf DG Terms & Conditions apply.
