Ultrahuman will participate in the Mall Run event at Al Ain on 22nd August 2026, distributing two categories of vouchers to drive ring and membership sign-ups:

20% Discount Voucher — issued to stall visitors, redeemable against an Ultrahuman Ring or an Ultrahuman Membership. The 20% discount is up to AED 250.

Free Ring Voucher — issued to the winners of the male and female categories of the Mall Run, redeemable for one (1) complimentary Ultrahuman Ring.

Both voucher types are redeemed online on the Sharaf DG website and are governed by the specific and general terms set out in this document.

1. Event Overview

Ultrahuman will participate in the Mall Run event at Al Ain on 22nd August 2026, distributing two categories of vouchers to drive ring and membership sign-ups:

• 20% Discount Voucher — issued to stall visitors, redeemable against an Ultrahuman Ring or an Ultrahuman Membership. The 20% discount is up to AED 250.
• Free Ring Voucher — issued to the winners of the male and female categories of the Mall Run, redeemable for one (1) complimentary Ultrahuman Ring.

Both voucher types are redeemed online on the Sharaf DG website and are governed by the specific and general terms set out in this document.

2. Voucher Summary

Both vouchers are valid until 22 September 2026 (one calendar month from the event date).

3. Voucher Issuance & Control (Stall Operations)

1. Each voucher (discount and free-ring) is pre-printed or pre-generated with a unique, single-use code and a matching physical/QR voucher for hand-out at the stall.
2. The Ultrahuman stall team maintains a distribution log capturing: voucher code, type, date/time issued, and (where available) recipient name and mobile number.
3. For Free Ring Vouchers specifically, the code is issued only after the Mall Run event organizer confirms the male and female category winners.

4. Section A — Stall Visitors: 20% Discount Voucher

4.1 Redemption Process

1. Customer collects the physical voucher at the Ultrahuman stall.
2. Customers visit the Sharaf DG online website (sharafdg.com).
3. Customer selects either an Ultrahuman Ring OR an Ultrahuman Membership (one category only per voucher).
4. Customer applies the voucher code at checkout to avail the 20% discount capped at AED 250.
5. Customer completes the purchase; the order is processed per standard Sharaf DG fulfilment timelines.

4.2 Terms & Conditions

• Valid until 22nd Sept 2026.
• Redeemable on sharafdg.com only.
• Applicable to one (1) Ultrahuman Ring or one (1) Ultrahuman Membership per voucher — not both.
• Must be used in full on a single invoice; partial redemption is not permitted.
• Cannot be combined with any other voucher, discount, or promotional offer.
• Freely transferable; the original holder is responsible for handing/gifting the voucher to a beneficiary and for its correct usage.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or alternate products, including gift cards.
• Sharaf DG is not responsible for vouchers that are lost, stolen, or allowed to expire; no replacements will be issued.
• Standard Sharaf DG terms and conditions of sale apply in addition to these terms.
• Subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

5. Section B — Category Winners: Free Ring Voucher

5.1 Eligibility

Recommended addition — clarifies who qualifies before the process steps.

• Limited to the officially declared winner of the male category and the officially declared winner of the female category of the Mall Run event held at Al Ain Mall on 22nd August 2026 and at Mirdiff City Center on 15th August 2026.
• One voucher per eligible winner.

5.2 Redemption Process

1. Winner receives the free-ring voucher and unique code from the ultrahuman team.
2. Winner visits the Sharaf DG online website (uae.sharafdg.com).
3. The winner selects an Ultrahuman Ring.
4. Winner applies the voucher code at checkout — the ring is priced to zero (fully complimentary).
5. Order is confirmed and the ring is shipped to the customer’s registered delivery address.
6. The code is deactivated immediately after use and cannot be reused.

5.3 Terms & Conditions

• Applicable on Selected rings based on Stock availability
• Valid for one (1) Ultrahuman Ring per eligible winner.
• Voucher code must be entered at checkout on uae.sharafdg.com.
• Validity as stated on the Voucher.
• Freely transferable; the original holder is responsible for handing/gifting the voucher to a beneficiary and for its correct usage.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
• One-time use only; the code is void after the first successful redemption.
• Sharaf DG is not responsible for vouchers that are lost, stolen, or allowed to expire; no replacements will be issued.
• Subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

6. General Terms (Applicable to Both Voucher Types)

• All vouchers are issued at the sole discretion of Ultrahuman and Sharaf DG in connection with the Mall Run event and carry no cash value beyond their stated discount/benefit.
• Sharaf DG and Ultrahuman reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or extend a voucher’s validity, and to refuse redemption where fraud, misuse, or duplication of a code is suspected.
• Standard Sharaf DG terms and conditions of sale, delivery, and returns apply in addition to the voucher-specific terms above.
• These terms are governed by UAE law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
