- 1. This voucher is redeemable only on the selected models of product categories of the specified brands: Television, Home Audio, Personal Audio, Appliances, or Personal Care products
- 2. Offer applicable on: Samsung, Siemens, Bosch, LG, Super General, Hitachi, Hisense, Electrolux, Panasonic, Candy, Philips, Dyson, Tefal, Braun, Moulinex, Sony, JBL, Epson, Harman Kardon, Bose, TCL
- 3. The voucher can be redeemed until April 13th, 2025
- 4. Voucher can be redeemed only on the following categories: Television, Home Audio, Personal Audio, Appliances, or Personal Care products
- 5. Multiple gift vouchers can be combined for purchases at the same store.
- 6. Redemption of the gift voucher is only permitted at the store where the main product(s) were purchased.
- 7. The customer must present the original voucher code received on email at the store’s cash counter during redemption, along with a soft copy of the invoice.
- 8. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other promotions.
- 9. The voucher is non-transferable, and the holder is solely responsible for its use.
- 10. Sharaf DG is not responsible for expired, lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged vouchers, and replacement vouchers will not be issued.
- 11. In case the product is returned by the customer, the coupon must also be returned.
- 12. For online purchases:
- – The coupons will be dispatched once the product delivery is completed.
- – Coupon redemption is only applicable on products sold by Sharaf DG .
- 13. Standard Sharaf DG terms and conditions apply.
- 14. Any discrepancy will be subject to the decision of the UAE courts.
