• Purchase invoice and relevant ID proof needs to be produced to claim the prize.

• Any uncollected prize after 30 days of the draw will be forfeited.

• Exchange model must be in Working condition.

• Top up is not applicable for devices with Exchange value below AED 250.

Top Up Exchange amount Classification

• Device Exchange value above AED 3000: Additional Top up AED 300.

• Device Exchange value above AED 2000: Additional Top up AED 250.

• Device Exchange value below AED 2000: Additional Top up AED 100.

• Devices in Below Average (Cracked, Screen Damaged condition): Not eligible for Top up.

Buyback Program Terms and Conditions:

Participating Channels:
- The promotion is applicable in Sharaf DG stores and online only.
Eligible Products:
- The promotion is applicable on products sold exclusively by Sharaf DG.
Termination Clause:
- Sharaf DG reserves the right to terminate the promotion without prior notice.
Redemption Details:
- The promotion can be redeemed by an individual for a single use and on a single purchase.

Terms and conditions for the Voucher:

The buyback voucher will be issued after the evaluation at Sharaf DG stores.
The buyback promotion or voucher cannot be combined with any other promotion, either online or at the store.
Buyback shall be applicable on products above AED 500/- only
Online, only a top-up of AED 100 will be provided.
The buyback voucher is redeemable only on Surface Notebooks, Tablets, Printers, and Monitors.
The buyback voucher is exclusive to the mentioned product categories and is not valid for any other products.
The buyback voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or a Sharaf DG gift card.
In the case of theft or loss, the buyback voucher cannot be reissued.
The buyback voucher cannot be combined with any other voucher already available with the customer as a payment method for purchasing a new laptop/tablet/monitor/printer.
Each customer is eligible to redeem only one buyback voucher for a single qualifying device within the specified offer period.
The customer is required to present their Emirates ID when collecting the new unit.
The old device must be returned to the courier. While physical damage is not accepted, the laptop can be in either working or non-working condition, and a charger is not required.
The promotion is applicable to select brands only.
No two offers can be combined during the campaign period.
