◼ Sharaf DG reserves the right to cancel the transaction, If the Exchange product is found to be physically damaged.

◼ Trade In product to be handed over to Sharaf DG personnel or authorized representatives from Sharaf DG.

◼ This offer is limited to one exchange per customer.

◼ Trade In product has to belong to the same category of product that is being purchased.

◼ Exchange offer valid only on products sold by SharafDG.

◼ Bulk transactions identified will be automatically cancelled and the transaction value paid by the customer will be refunded.

◼ Sharaf DG reserves the right to cancel any transactions upon their discretion.

◼ All standard Sharaf DG terms apply.
