Geely + TCL TV Bundle Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Sharaf DG LLC organizes this promotion in collaboration with Geely UAE (AGMC).
2. The promotion is valid only during the promotional period announced by Sharaf DG and/or until stocks are exhausted, whichever occurs first.
3. The offer is available only at participating Sharaf DG stores and channels as communicated by Sharaf DG.
4. Eligible customers may purchase one of the participating Geely vehicle models together with a TCL 65-inch television under the promotional bundle offer.
5. Available bundle options include:
   • Geely Emgrand GS (Base Variant) + TCL 65″ TV
   • Geely Cityray GC (Base Variant) + TCL 65″ TV
   • Geely Emgrand GF (Top Variant) upgrade option may be available subject to approval and stock availability.
6. Vehicle models, variants, colors, and specifications are subject to availability at the time of booking.
7. The advertised savings are calculated against the combined recommended retail price of the vehicle and television and may vary if manufacturer pricing changes during the campaign period.
8. To reserve the bundle offer, customers are required to make an initial payment of AED 4,999 inclusive of VAT, comprising:
   • AED 3,999 towards the TCL television; and
   • AED 1,000 vehicle booking amount.
9. The balance vehicle amount shall be settled directly with Geely UAE or its authorized representative in accordance with the vehicle purchase agreement.
10. Vehicle financing is available subject to bank approval, customer eligibility criteria and lender terms and conditions.
11. Sharaf DG does not guarantee finance approval and shall not be responsible for any finance application rejection or delay.
12. Customers may choose one of the following television delivery options at the time of booking:

• Immediate TV delivery; or
• TV delivery after finance approval or after the waiting period specified by Sharaf DG.

1. Where customers choose immediate television delivery, they acknowledge and agree that the television may not be eligible for return solely due to finance rejection or cancellation of the vehicle purchase, subject to the return conditions stated below.
2. The TCL television included in this promotion cannot be substituted, exchanged for another model, or converted into cash, vouchers, or credit.
3. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount, coupon, loyalty reward, employee discount, bank promotion, Fazaa, Esaad, DG Member benefit or similar programme unless expressly approved by Sharaf DG in writing.
4. Only one bundle offer may be purchased per eligible transaction unless otherwise approved by Sharaf DG.
5. No additional products may be billed together with the bundle booking transaction.
6. In the event the vehicle purchase does not proceed:

• If the customer retains the television, the vehicle booking amount and any vehicle amount collected by Sharaf DG may be refunded subject to applicable approvals and deductions.
• If the television is returned unopened within seven (7) days from the delivery date and in original saleable condition, a full refund may be processed in accordance with Sharaf DG return policy and UAE consumer protection regulations.
• If the television is returned after opening or use, Sharaf DG reserves the right to apply applicable deductions, restocking fees, or reject the return if the product condition does not meet return eligibility requirements.

1. Once the vehicle has been delivered and accepted by the customer, the television shall be deemed a final sale and shall no longer be eligible for return or refund under this promotion, except where required under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
2. Manufacturer warranty terms applicable to the TCL television and Geely vehicle shall apply separately and independently.
3. Vehicle warranty, servicing packages, registration, insurance, accessories and other value-added services are not included in the advertised bundle price unless expressly stated in writing.
4. Sharaf DG acts only as the booking and promotional partner for the vehicle transaction. The vehicle sales agreement, financing arrangement, registration, and delivery process are managed directly by Geely UAE and its authorized representatives.
5. Sharaf DG reserves the right to verify customer information, identity, and supporting documentation before confirming participation in the promotion.
6. Sharaf DG reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reverse any transaction involving fraud, abuse, misrepresentation or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Sharaf DG reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the promotion or these Terms and Conditions without prior notice where required by law, supplier requirements or operational circumstances, provided that such changes shall not affect confirmed customer rights under applicable UAE laws.
8. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
9. In case of any dispute relating to this promotion, the decision of Sharaf DG shall prevail, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers under applicable UAE consumer protection legislation.
10. Customers participating in the promotion shall provide valid identification documents and all information required by Sharaf DG and Geely to process the vehicle booking and purchase transaction.
11. Sharaf DG shall share the customer information, booking details and supporting documents with Geely UAE and its authorized representatives solely for the purpose of vehicle sales processing, financing, registration, delivery and customer communication related to this promotion.
12. Following the booking confirmation, Geely UAE or its authorized representative will contact the customer, preferably within one business day, to initiate the next steps, including finance application, test drive arrangements, color confirmation and delivery scheduling.
13. For customers opting for vehicle financing, all finance applications and approvals shall be handled directly by Geely UAE and the participating financing institution.
14. Finance approval remains solely subject to the lending institution’s eligibility criteria, policies and approval process, and neither Sharaf DG nor Geely guarantees finance approval.
15. Customers applying for vehicle finance may be required to make a minimum down payment in accordance with UAE banking regulations and the financing institution’s requirements. Such payments shall be made directly to Geely UAE or its designated account and shall not form part of the AED 4,999 booking amount paid to Sharaf DG.
16. Any additional vehicle payments beyond the initial booking amount may be collected directly by Geely UAE or through Sharaf DG, subject to prior approval and applicable payment processing charges.
17. Where vehicle payments above the booking amount are accepted through Sharaf DG payment channels, additional card processing charges of between 2% and 5% may apply depending on the payment method and issuing bank.
18. Vehicle registration fees, insurance charges, Salik charges, accessories, service packages, extended warranty plans and any other optional value-added services are not included in the promotional bundle price unless expressly stated otherwise.
19. Vehicle registration and insurance arrangements shall remain the sole responsibility of the customer and shall be completed in accordance with the requirements of the relevant UAE authorities.
20. Vehicle delivery shall be arranged directly by Geely UAE following completion of all payment obligations, finance approvals and registration formalities.
21. Estimated vehicle delivery timelines are between seven (7) and fourteen (14) working days from completion of full payment and registration requirements; however, actual delivery dates may vary depending on vehicle availability, registration processing, logistics or other operational factors beyond Sharaf DG’s control.
22. The customer acknowledges that vehicle color availability, variant availability and delivery schedules are subject to stock availability and confirmation by Geely UAE.
23. The upgrade option for the Geely Emgrand GF variant is available only upon customer request and subject to stock availability and approval by Geely UAE and Sharaf DG.
24. The manufacturer’s recommended retail price (MSRP) referred to in promotional materials represents the vehicle selling price with standard manufacturer warranty only. It excludes registration, insurance, maintenance packages, service contracts, and any additional accessories or value-added services.
25. The Geely vehicle supplied under this promotion shall carry the standard manufacturer warranty applicable at the time of delivery and registration.
26. As per current manufacturer policy, the Geely Cityray vehicle is supplied with a manufacturer warranty of seven (7) years or 250,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first, while the Geely Emgrand vehicle is supplied with a manufacturer warranty of five (5) years or 150,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first, unless revised by the manufacturer.
27. All vehicle warranty claims, repairs and warranty administration shall be handled directly by Geely UAE and its authorized service network in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
28. Customers acknowledge that Sharaf DG acts solely as the promotional and booking partner for the vehicle transaction and shall not be liable for vehicle manufacturing defects, warranty claims, registration delays, financing decisions or delivery delays attributable to Geely UAE, financial institutions or government authorities.
29. By participating in the promotion, customers confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions together with the applicable vehicle purchase agreement, financing agreement and manufacturer warranty terms.
