1. Program Overview:

The HP Guaranteed Buy Back program guarantees a buy-back value when upgrading from a current HP laptop to a new HP laptop. For example, an HP laptop purchased in 2024 can be upgraded to a new HP laptop from April 2025 with a guaranteed buy-back value of 50% of the purchase price.

Eligibility:

1. The plan is available to customers purchasing the current line of HP Notebooks from Sharaf DG. The offer is not applicable to Celeron and AMD R3 models.
2. Customers will be charged a fee based on the trade-in period:

– 12 months: AED 125 for trade-in between Apr 2025 to Mar 2026

– 24 months: AED 150 for trade-in between Apr 2026 to Mar 2027

– 36 months: AED 175 for trade-in between Apr 2027 to Mar 2028

1. Plan Term:
2. The plan can be purchased/enrolled from July 5, 2024.
3. Once enrolled, the plan is valid from the date of purchase until May 31, 2028, depending on the subscription model chosen by the customer.

Redemption Process:

– In the event of a device exchange from an Authorized Service Provider, a letter of exchange and the invoice must be produced at the time of redemption as additional documents by the customer.

Exchange Voucher Conditions:

1. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed against any other product or brand. It is redeemable only against a new HP Laptop/Notebook.
2. The voucher is redeemable only by the customer whose name is mentioned on the invoice.
3. The plan is redeemable against the same device serial number as mentioned on the invoice. If a customer wishes to purchase multiple HP Laptops/Notebooks and subscribe to the buy-back plan, they must purchase separate subscriptions with the serial number mentioned on the invoice for each respective subscription.

Refund and Cancellation:

1. In the event of a refund or exchange of the HP Laptop/Notebook, the plan fees are non-refundable.
2. The plan is non-transferable and is associated with the unique serial number of the HP Notebook; it cannot be transferred to another device.
3. If a customer wishes to cancel the plan or refund the HP Laptop/Notebook, the fee is non-refundable.
4. Redemption Period:

– The plan can be redeemed for the HP Laptop/Notebook starting from July 2025 until May 2028, based on the subscription taken by the customer.

-100% functional with charger.
-No scratches on screen.
-Body has 2 minor scratches/no dents.
-Fully functional trackpad, webcam, wifi, mic, speaker, buttons & keyboard
-No missing parts (keys, back cover, battery)
-Free from all locks (device lock, screen lock or network lock)

Condition 2
-100% functional with charger.
-Major scratches on screen.
-Major scratches/major dents on the back cover and housing.
-Fully finctional trackpad, webcam, wifi, mic, speaker, buttons & keyboard.
-No missing parts (keys, back cover, battery)
-Free from all locks (device lock, screen lock or network lock)

Condition 3
-LCD dots/lines/discoloration/screen burn/screen touch not working.
-Device cracked or bent.
-Cracked/broken camera, back cover, and housing
-Anyone of the following not working (touch, camera, keyboard, track pad, wifi)
-Any missing parts (keys, back cover, battery).
-Device locked / screen lock
