Instant Discounts on Electronics and Home Appliances (up to AED 1,000)

How it works
Customers who buy eligible products with a qualifying net invoice value of AED 2,499 or more (inclusive of VAT) receive a fixed instant discount of up to AED 1,000, based on the tiers below.
Available in the UAE, in store and online at uae.sharafdg.com.
Discount structure
Based on the net invoice value of eligible items, inclusive of VAT.

Eligibility
1. Eligible categories: Major Domestic Appliances (Major Domestic Appliances), Small Domestic Appliances (Small Domestic Appliances) and Home Appliance Accessories.
2. Eligible brands: Samsung, LG, TCL, Sony, JBL, Harman Kardon, Bose, Hisense, Bosch, Electrolux, Siemens, Super General, Panasonic, Hitachi, Beko, Braun, Hoover, Babyliss, De’Longhi, Philips, Bertazzoni and Dyson.
3. On mixed invoices, only eligible-brand items count toward the discount tier. The discount is calculated on the net value of those items only.
4. Invoices with an eligible-brand value below AED 2,499 (inclusive of VAT) are not eligible for any discount under this offer.
5. Refurbished, open-box and clearance stock is excluded.
6. The offer is valid on available stock only, while stocks last.
Single invoice and no splitting
7. The offer applies to a single invoice per customer only.
8. Splitting a purchase across multiple invoices to reach a higher discount tier is not permitted. Where Sharaf DG identifies a split purchase, it may refuse the discount or reverse any discount already applied.
Combining offers
9. This offer cannot be combined with Esaad/Fazaa/DG Member offers, the Built-In offer, Buyback offers, card-based promotions, price match support or any other Instant Discount offers.
Loyalty points
10. Loyalty/DG Card points accrue on the net (discounted) invoice value, not the pre-discount value.
Returns and exchanges
11. The standard Sharaf DG return and exchange policy applies.
12. If an item is returned or exchanged and the invoice falls into a lower discount tier, or below AED 2,499, the discount will be recalculated or reversed accordingly.
General
13. The offer is valid from 9 October 2026 to 1 November 2026, while stocks last.
14. Sharaf DG reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw this offer, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
15. Sharaf DG’s decision on all matters relating to this offer is final.
