- Eligibility and Offer Dates:
- The offer is valid from Feb18th to April 6th, 2025.
- To participate, customers must purchase any of the following products within the specified dates

- Raffle Draw Eligibility :
- Purchases made between 18th February 2025 and 6th April 2025 will be eligible for the Raffle Draw.

- The Huawei Mate XT will be available for pre-order starting 18th February 2025 and for purchase starting 24th February 2025.
- Raffle Tickets:
- Customers will receive 1 raffle ticket per device purchased.
- Purchases of multiple devices will qualify for multiple raffle tickets, equivalent to the number of devices purchased.
- Confirmation and Raffle Draw Details:
- Upon completing an eligible purchase, customers will receive an SMS confirming their automatic registration for the Raffle Draw.
- The Raffle Draw will take place on 21st April 2025 at the Sharaf DG Head Office in Dubai.
- Prize Details:
- The winner will receive a brand-new 2025 Model Tesla Y.
- The car will be handed over to the winner in May 2025, subject to the official Tesla UAE launch date for the car.
- Offer Validity:
- This offer is valid for purchases made both in-store and online.
- Eligible Purchases:
- For purchases made through www.sharafdg.com, only products sold directly by Sharaf DG will qualify for the Raffle Draw.
- Additional Terms and Conditions:
- This offer cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other promotions or discounts.

- In case of disputes, the final decision will be subject to the UAE courts.

- Duration:
- The promotion is valid from 18th February 2025 to 24st February 2025.
- Validity:
- The promotion is valid for 365 days from the day of activation of the device.
- Valid only in the UAE
- Purchase Rules:
- Once purchased; to avail the offer, the customer needs to activate the device – on or before the 25th February 2025.
- At the time of purchase/gifting, the device must be in full working condition, with no visible damage such as cracks, dents, scratches, or unauthorized disassembly or repairs.
- Usage Rules:
- During the service validity period (365 days from the day of activation), if the device screen is broken or cracked due to accidental drops, pressure, or collisions, this service allows for a one-time screen replacement.
- Value of the screen is 5000 AED which will be replaced for free, only a service Fee of AED 699 will be applied
