Customers also have the option to trade-in later.

Minimum Purchase Amount: No minimum purchase is required to avail of this promotion.

Maximum Discount Amount: Maximum AED 300 trade-in top-up.

Eligible Payment Methods:

All payment methods are accepted for the trade-in top-up promotion.
For the Trade-in Later option, only credit card holders are eligible.

Promotion Conditions:

The old device must be in working condition, and its value must be above AED 250.
The Trade-in Later option is available exclusively for credit card holders.
Customers opting for Trade-in Later may trade in their old device at home or office after purchasing from Sharaf DG.
The old device must be handed over to the home/office pickup agent within 7 days of the transaction. Failure to do so will result in the blocked amount being charged to the customer’s account.
The final device assessment is conducted at the time of pickup. Any damages found after the initial trade-in request may result in a deduction from the authorized amount.
