Program Overview:
The Guaranteed Buyback Program provides customers with a pre-defined buyback value when upgrading their existing device to a new iPhone. For example, a customer purchasing an iPhone 16 in 2024 can upgrade to a new iPhone model and receive up to 75% of the original purchase value as a buyback.
Promotion Duration
Phase 1: September 20, 2024 – March 31, 2025
Phase 2: May 24, 2025 – June 30, 2025
Eligibility:
- 1. The plan is available to customers who purchase any latest iPhone series device.
- 2. A one-time plan fee, starting from AED 100, is applicable at the time of purchase.
Upgrade Eligibility:
The Guaranteed Buyback Program is valid for upgrades to iPhone models launched from September 2025 onwards.

Validity of the Plan:

Buyback Conditions :
The applicable buyback value at the time of upgrade will be based on the device’s condition, as outlined below:

Redemption Requirements:
To redeem the Guaranteed Buyback offer, the following conditions must be met:
- 1. The customer must present the original invoice, matching IMEI, and the original box.
- 2. The iPhone must be in working condition, with no missing parts or faults.
- 3. Battery health must meet the minimum criteria based on the applicable condition (90% or 80%).
- 4. The device must be free from screen scratches or dents, as per the selected condition.
- 5. The device must have no locks, including device, SIM, or iCloud locks.
- 6. All devices will be evaluated at the Tech Bench in Sharaf DG stores before final buyback approval.
Exceptions:
- 1. If the device was exchanged by an Apple Authorized Service Provider, a letter of exchange must be submitted during redemption.
- 2. In the case of a refund or exchange of the iPhone, the plan fee is non-refundable.
- 3. The plan is non-transferable and tied to the device’s IMEI number; it cannot be transferred to another handset.
Trade-in Policy:
Sharaf DG’s standard trade-in policy applies to all transactions under this program.
