- Brief Description:
- DSF Promotion – Get up to AED 500 off @ Store and AED 200 Both in-store and online( sold by SharaafDG) when you trade in any working or non-working notebook.
- Key Features of the Promotion
- Maximum Discount Amount:
- Trade in any working laptop and receive an assured AED 500 discount on a new Windows laptop. Applicable only for stores
- Trade in any non-working laptop and receive an assured AED 200 discount on a new Windows laptop, both in- Store and online(Sold by SharafDG only)
- Exclusions
- Laptops that are cracked, broken, or physically damaged will not be accepted.
- Offer is not applicable on Apple MacBooks.
- Buyback vouchers:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or Sharaf DG gift cards.
- Cannot be reissued if lost or stolen.
- Are valid only for products mentioned in this promotion.
- Only one buyback voucher per qualifying device per customer during the offer period.
- No two offers can be combined during the campaign period.
- Eligible Payment Methods
- All payment modes are accepted.
- Promotion is applicable for one-time use only.
- Promotion Conditions
- Valid from December 26, 2025 to January 16, 2026.
- Applicable only on Windows Notebooks.
- Available in-store and online.
- For online purchases, a buyback top-up of AED 200 will only be applied without any trade-in value.
- Emirates ID must be presented when redeeming the voucher in-store.
- Buyback vouchers are valid until January 23, 2026.
- In-store top-up (AED 200 or AED 500) will be provided by the tech bench team.
- Coupons can be transferred at customer’s discretion.
- Lost coupons will not be reissued.
- Online Buyback
- Customers can select:
- Before adding the product to the cart, select ‘Upgrade with Buyback’ to avail the buyback offer for a non-working laptop.
- Old device must be handed over at the time of delivery of the new laptop.
- If the old device is not provided, the order will be cancelled and payment refunded.
- If the old device does not meet Sharaf DG requirements upon inspection, the order will be cancelled and payment refunded.
- No additional top-up beyond AED 200 will be applicable for online purchases.
- Combining Offers
- No two offers can be combined during the campaign period.
- Buyback vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers for purchasing new laptops.
- The Buyback Promotion cannot be combined with FOC promotions or any other offers.
- Bank promotions will apply as per respective bank terms & conditions.
- The Buyback Promotion or voucher cannot be combined with any other promotion online or in-store.
- Return Policy
- In case of a return, only the invoice value (after AED 200/AED 500 discount deduction) will be refunded.
- Offer Applicable On
- All Windows Notebooks.
- AED 500 discount for trade-in of an old working laptop.( store only)
- AED 200 discount for trade-in of an old non-working laptop.
- Additional Terms
- Promotion available in-store and online from December 26, 2025 to January 16, 2026.
- Offer may be terminated without prior notice.
- Buyback vouchers will be issued upon acceptance of the old device in Sharaf DG stores.
- Buyback vouchers are redeemable only on Windows laptops.
- Only one buyback voucher can be redeemed per qualifying device per customer during the offer period.
