  • Apple Buyback DSF Promotion: Trade in any working or non-working laptop and get up to AED 500 off on a new Apple MacBook.
  • Key Features of the Promotion:

  • Bring any working or non-working laptop and receive:
  • AED 300 discount for MacBook Air M1 and M2 models (8GB/16GB).
  • AED 500 discount for MacBook Air M3 and MacBook Pro M4 models (14-inch and 16-inch).
  • MacBook models Buyback Discount
  • MacBook Air M1 AED 300
  • MacBook Air M2 (8gb/16gb models) AED 300
  • MacBook Air M3 (8gb/16gb models) AED 500
  • MacBook Pro M4 (all 14/16′ inch models) AED 500
  • Exclusions:
  • Laptops with cracked, broken, or physically damaged units are not accepted.
  • Buyback vouchers:
  • Are not valid for products other than the specified MacBook models.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or Sharaf DG gift cards.
  • Will not be reissued if lost or stolen.
  • Only one voucher per device per customer is allowed during the promotion period.
  • Offers cannot be combined during the campaign period.
  • Eligible Payment Methods:
  • All payment methods are accepted.
  • The promotion is valid for one-time use only.
  • Promotion Conditions:
  • In-store and Online Availability:
  • The promotion applies to Apple MacBook models from the current line-up only.
  • In-store: AED 500 discount is processed by the tech bench team.
  • Online Purchases: Customers must hand over the old laptop at the time of delivery of the new MacBook. If the old device is not provided, the order will be cancelled, and payment refunded.
  • Buyback Top-Up for Online Purchases: AED 500 will be provided even without trade-in value.
  • Emirates ID is required for voucher redemption in-store.
  • Buyback vouchers are valid for redemption until February 2, 2025.
  • Vouchers are transferable at the discretion of the customer, but lost vouchers will not be reissued.
  • Combining Offers:
  • This offer cannot be combined with:
  • FOC (Free of Charge) Promotions.
  • Bank promotions.
  • Other discount campaigns or vouchers for purchasing new laptops.
  • Return Policy:
  • In case of a return, only the invoice value (after the discount) will be refunded.
  • Offer Applicability:
  • Applicable only on the Apple MacBook current line-up:
  • AED 300 for M1 and M2 models.
  • AED 500 for M3 and M4 models.
  • Additional Terms:
  • The promotion is extended from 7th January’25 to January 26th, 2025 in-store and online.
  • This offer may be terminated without prior notice.
  • Buyback vouchers will only be issued upon successful evaluation and acceptance of the old device in Sharaf DG stores.
