Motorola Razr FIFA World Cup 2026™ Collection Offer – UAE Terms & Conditions

Customers who purchase an eligible Motorola Razr foldable device from the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Collection during the Offer Period through Sharaf DG in the UAE will be entitled to receive one (1) ticket to a 2026 FIFA World Cup™ match, subject to these Terms & Conditions (the “Offer”). Each verified eligible purchase qualifies for one (1) ticket only, and products are subject to availability while stocks last.

Offer Provider

• Administered by: Motorola (or Lenovo Ireland Limited where legally required).
• Sharaf DG’s role: Authorized retail partner in the UAE, responsible solely for the sale of eligible products.
• Motorola’s role: Solely responsible for Offer administration including redemption, validation, and ticket issuance. Sharaf DG shall not be responsible for any claims, disputes, or issues related to redemption, validation, or ticket allocation.

Eligibility

This Offer is open only to individuals who:

• Are legal residents of the UAE.
• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase.
• Purchase an eligible device from Sharaf DG in the UAE during the Offer Period.
• Successfully complete all redemption and validation steps within the specified timelines.

How to Participate

• Step 1 – Purchase: Buy an eligible Motorola Razr foldable device during the Offer Period from Sharaf DG in the UAE.
• Step 2 – Submit Your Claim: Submit your claim via the official Motorola redemption portal: redemption.motorola.com/ae/en/fifa. You will be required to provide purchase details, a unique code (if applicable), a personal email address, and any additional required information.
• Step 3 – Email Requirement: A personal (non-corporate) email address must be used, and the same email should be linked to your FIFA account where required.
• Step 4 – Validation: Motorola will review and validate the claim. Upon successful validation, you will receive further instructions regarding ticket issuance.

Offer Time Periods

• Offer Period: 15 May 2026 – 7 June 2026.
• Redemption Period: Until 20 June 2026.
• Validation Period: 15 May 2026 – 20 June 2026.
• Any purchases, claims, or validations outside these timelines will not qualify.

Ticket Entitlement

Each verified eligible purchase entitles the participant to one (1) ticket to a FIFA World Cup 2026™ match. Ticket allocation is subject to:

• Match availability.
• Seating category.
• Official ticketing allocation process. A specific match, seat, or category is not guaranteed.

Ticket Terms

• Tickets will be issued only after successful validation.
• Match allocation is subject to availability within FIFA’s official ticketing system; alternative matches may be allocated where preferred options are unavailable.
• Tickets are governed by FIFA’s terms and conditions, and a FIFA account and mobile app may be required.
• Tickets are non-transferable except where permitted by FIFA, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternatives (unless required by law).
• Tickets are strictly for personal use and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.

Exclusions

This Offer includes ticket entitlement only and excludes flights, accommodation, transportation, visa or passport costs, meals, insurance, and any personal expenses. Customers are solely responsible for all travel and related arrangements.

Valid Purchase Conditions

This Offer applies only to eligible devices purchased through Sharaf DG in the UAE during the Offer Period. The following will not qualify:

• Purchases from unauthorized resellers or third-party sellers.
• Online marketplaces not approved for this Offer.
• Purchases outside the Offer Period, or previous/historical purchases.

Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

• Products that are returned, cancelled, or exchanged will not be eligible for this Offer.
• If a ticket has already been issued, Motorola reserves the right to cancel the ticket or recover its value, subject to applicable laws.

Verification Requirements

Motorola may request the following to validate a claim:

• Proof of purchase (a valid Sharaf DG invoice is required).
• Proof of identity and age, plus UAE residency proof.
• Device details and activation status.
• Claims may be rejected if: information is incomplete, inconsistent, or fraudulent, or if submission timelines are not met.

Fraud, Misuse & Limitations

• Motorola reserves the right to reject or cancel claims in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, misuse, manipulation of the Offer, or unauthorized resale activity.
• Motorola may limit claims per individual, household, device, or email address.

Device Activation Requirement

The purchased device must be activated and not returned within the validation period to qualify for the Offer.

No In-Store Redemption

This Offer is strictly an online redemption campaign. Sharaf DG stores will not process or handle:

• Claims.
• Redemptions.
• Ticket issuance queries.

Customer Communication Disclaimer

Any verbal communication or representation made in-store or via call centre does not override these Terms & Conditions. Customers must refer to the official Offer page for complete details.

Privacy

All personal data will be processed in accordance with Motorola’s Privacy Policy, and used for claim validation, ticket processing, and legal compliance.

Liability

Motorola and Sharaf DG shall not be liable for:

• Incorrect customer information or claim submission errors.
• Technical issues or system failures.
• Delays caused by FIFA or official ticketing partners.
• Events beyond reasonable control. Liability is limited as permitted under UAE law.

Changes to the Offer

Motorola reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Offer for legal, technical, or operational reasons. Changes will be published on the official redemption website.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
