Terms and conditions
HSBC Bank discount:-
1. Discount Structure:
· 5% discount on Smartphones, IT, and Smart Electronics.
· Smartphones include all mobile phones.
· IT includes Laptops, Tablets, Desktops, Printers, and Monitors.
· Smart Electronics include Smartwatches and Fitness trackers.
· 10% discount on all other categories.
· Other categories include Home Appliances, TVs, Audio, Photography, Gaming, and Accessories.
2. Purchase Requirements: Minimum purchase amount of AED 1,500.
3. Discount Limits: Maximum discount amount is AED 200.
4. Exclusions: Discount is not applicable to Apple, PS5, and Xbox products.
5. Payment Method: Offer valid for HSBC Credit & Debit cards only as specified by the bank.
6. Usage Limits: The discount is applicable on each card only once during the campaign duration.
7. Exclusive Discounts: Only one discount promotion is applicable at a time. Multiple offers cannot be combined (either Bank, ESAAD, FAZAA, DG Member, or any other discount promotion).
8. Online/Store Offer: Offer applicable online for products sold by Sharaf DG and all Sharaf DG stores across the UAE only.
9. Standard Terms and Conditions:

Trade-In with Samsung:
1. This offer is valid exclusively for products purchased from Sharaf DG only.
2. Additional top-up amounts are applicable based on the trade-in value of the device:
· Devices with a trade-in value above AED 3,000: Additional top-up of AED 300.
· Devices with a trade-in value above AED 2,000: Additional top-up of AED 250.
· Devices with a trade-in value below AED 2,000: Additional top-up of AED 100.
3. Devices categorized as Below Average (e.g., cracked or screen-damaged) are not eligible for any top-up benefits.
