What are Display / Open Box Units?
Sharaf DG partners with sellers to offer used, pre-owned, and open box products at significant discounts. These items may be display models, customer returns, or slightly used products. Each item is thoroughly inspected and categorized as an “Open Unit,” “Display Unit,” or “Repaired Unit” based on its condition, and is priced accordingly.

Warranty and Returns:
- 1. The standard Sharaf DG Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy is not applicable for the Open box and Display Items, the defective products can be returned to any of the Sharaf DG stores.
- 2. Return for the Sold Items is only applicable in case of defective after it has been tested by our personnel or manufacturer’s authorized service center technician, as applicable, within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
- 3. A product identified as defective will not be eligible for replacement. Customers can avail of a Sharaf DG Gift Card or Refund in the same mode of payment.
- 4. The warranty tendered hereunder, on the product(s) sold under this invoice is limited to UAE for six (06) MONTHS from the date of invoice.
- 5. Warranty becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered with or any Physical/Liquid Damage is identified by the authorized service center.
Things to Remember:
- • Open/Display Box units are used or pre-owned items.
- • Display units will be clearly labeled as “Display Unit.”
- • Display units may come with or without the original box and accessories. For more details, refer to the offer details tab on the product page.
- • Each item’s condition is unique and clearly described.
- • The warranty is valid for 6 months, but returns are limited to 7 days.
- • Defective units can be returned for a gift card or refund.
Sharaf DG reserves the right to cancel any order for Display/Open Units at its sole discretion.
Cancellations may occur due to:
- (1) Potential faults or damages in the Display Units
(2) Limitations on quantities available for purchase
- (3) Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
- (4) Issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and service. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you promptly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters.
