Open Box Units – Terms and Conditions

What are Open Box Units?

Sharaf DG partners with sellers to offer pre-owned, and open box products at significant discounts. These items can be customer returned with all the original accessories.

Detailed Descriptions for Informed Decisions:

Each item is thoroughly inspected and categorized as an “Open Unit” based on its condition and is priced accordingly. For a comprehensive understanding of what’s included with your purchase and the condition of the packaging, please check the “Offer Description” section on the product webpage. We provide clear and detailed information to help you make a confident purchase.

Warranty and Returns:

• The standard Sharaf DG Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy does not apply to Open Box Items.
• Defective products can be returned to any Sharaf DG store.
• Returns are only applicable for defective items after testing by Sharaf DG personnel or the manufacturer’s authorized service center technician, within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
• A defective product will not be eligible for replacement. Customers can choose between a Sharaf DG Gift Card or a refund via the original mode of payment.
• The warranty on these products is valid for six (6) months from the date of invoice and is limited to the UAE.
• The warranty is void if the product is opened, tampered with, or if physical or liquid damage is identified by the authorized service center.

Things to Remember:

• Open Box units are pre-owned/used items.
• Each item’s condition is unique and clearly described.
• The warranty is valid for 6 months, and returns are limited to 7 days.
• Defective units can be returned for a gift card or refund.

Cancellations:

• Sharaf DG reserves the right to cancel any order for Open Box Units at its sole discretion. Cancellations may occur due to:
• Potential faults or damages in the Open Units.
• Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
• Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
• Issues identified by our credit and fraud department.

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and service. If an order is canceled, we will notify you promptly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters.
