Ananda Unveiled

The term Unveiled means removing the veil. This technology was first applied in the HIFIMAN SUSVARA headphones. Since the grille structure causes acoustic interference to the diaphragm of the driver unit, the Ananda Unveiled adopted the Unveiled technology to deliver a pure and clean sound. The fully open back design of this planar magnetic headphone eliminates the negative sound effects of sound wave reflection an obstacle that impairs sound quality.

Window Shade Design

Traditional headphones use a mesh with a lower opening ratio for the grill leading to reflections and refraction detrimental to sound quality. The light nanometer thickness diaphragm is easily disturbed by sound waves reflected or refracted by the mesh. HIFIMAN uses a window shade design to increase the opening rate maximize the grill exposure and reduce the probability of reflection and refraction. However this window shade design cannot completely avoid reflection and refraction. Only by eliminating the window shade grill design will near lossless sound quality be achieved.

Enhanced Magnet

The Ananda Unveiled uses rare earth free permanent magnet materials with a precisely engineered shape that reduces distortion and improves sound clarity. This design achieves sensitivity and control on par with rare earth magnets while offering a sustainable environmentally friendly approach without compromising planar magnetic performance.

2nd Generation Nanometer Thickness Diaphragm

At the heart of the Ananda Unveiled is the second generation nanometer thick diaphragm now just the thickness of the original. This lightweight membrane enhances transient response enabling the driver to reproduce finer details with precision. The reduced mass allows for faster accurate movement translating into improved dynamics clarity and immersion.

Specially designed Magnetic Veils have been introduced to protect the fully open drivers of the Ananda Unveiled.
