The Shanling M0 Pro follows in the footsteps of its predecessor, one of the manufacturer's most popular products. The still tiny Pro version manages to squeeze in a fully balanced circuit and two ESS ES9219C DAC/AMP chips for a significantly better and more powerful sound. The 3.5mm connector on the device is therefore both a single-ended and a balanced connector, the latter connection benefiting from Shanling's 4.4mm adapter that can be purchased separately. Also worth mentioning is the Bluetooth 5 pairing option, which supports bidirectional LDAC resolution. Expandable with MicroSD cards up to 2TB, the M0 Pro offers convenient and easy navigation of files and settings via its 1.54" 240x240 pixel display and Shanling MTouch OS. Measuring just 43.8x45x13.8mm and weighing 36.8g, the 650mAh battery packed into an aluminium casing with up to 14.5 hours of battery life or 1 month of standby time is guaranteed to be a worthy companion for any discerning music lover.
