1. Campaign Overview

To celebrate 20 years of trust and innovation, Sharaf DG proudly presents the 20th Anniversary Scratch & Win Campaign, exclusively for our online customers. With every qualifying purchase, customers will receive a digital scratch card with a chance to win exciting gifts.

2. Eligibility

• This campaign is valid only for purchases made on uae.sharafdg.com.
• A minimum single transaction of AED 2,000 is required to qualify.
• Each qualifying purchase earns one digital scratch card. Multiple entries are allowed for multiple qualifying purchases.

3. How to Participate

• Eligible customers will receive a notification within 24 working hours of their qualifying purchase via their registered email and mobile number.
• The notification will include a unique link to access the Scratch & Win page.
• Customers can use the link to scratch the digital card and instantly discover if they have won a gift.
• Each link is non-transferable and valid until 11th June 2025.

4. Gift Fulfilment & Delivery

• Gifts, if won, will be dispatched within 7 days after the associated order has been delivered or collected.
• Physical gifts will be shipped via courier to the address provided during checkout.
• If the corresponding order is cancelled or returned, the awarded gift will be invalidated and will not be delivered.

5. General Terms & Conditions

• All gifts, if won, are final, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
• Sharaf DG reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the campaign mechanics will result in immediate disqualification.
• By participating, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to receive communications from Sharaf DG regarding gift fulfilment.
