- Valid from 8 May 2026 to 24 May 2026, or while stocks last.
- Applicable on single invoice transactions of AED 2,000 & above at Sharaf DG stores and online.
- One scratch card/reward per eligible transaction.
- Each scratch card offers a chance to win, with outcomes randomly pre-assigned; gifts may vary and images are for illustration only.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
- In case of return, exchange, or cancellation, the prize must also be returned unused and in original packaging. Otherwise, its value may be deducted.
- Lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged scratch cards/links will not be replaced.
- Scratch and redeem at purchase or within 60 days; unredeemed rewards will be forfeited.
- Employees of Sharaf DG are not eligible to participate.
- Sharaf DG reserves the right to substitute prizes based on availability, verify eligibility, disqualify invalid participation, or amend/withdraw the promotion without prior notice.
Online Orders
- Eligible customers will receive an email within 24 hours of successful order confirmation.
- The email will include a unique scratch-and-win link.
- Physical gifts will be delivered via courier (delivery timelines may vary).
- Digital gifts and discount codes will be sent via email.
