Terms and Conditions

• This QLED Trade-In Promotion is provided to all customers in the market and is valid from the 7^st of September 2017 to 21st of September 2017
• This Promotion comprises a trade in by way of giving the Customer the opportunity to purchase the new QLED (“QLED”) with a One Thousand (1000) Dhs. discount from the QLED price upon providing Samsung with their current personal TVs . In addition to the discount Customers shall also be entitled to a complimentary free of charge Samsung sound bar.
• The Promotion is only available for Customer Current TVs that are in good functional condition. 
• Sharaf DG shall have the sole discretion in determining which Customer Current TVs qualify to be traded in.
• Sharaf DG shall collect the Customer’s Current TVs from, and deliver the new QLED TV along with the sound bar to the address provided by the Customer.
• Samsung shall be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to terminate the Promotion or modify its Terms and Conditions at any time prior the Promotion Period or during the Promotion Period
• Samsung shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with the purchase, redemption and/or use of this Promotion or the inability to use this Promotion.
• By participating in this Promotion, the Customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to his or her participation in the Promotion, will be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and Dubai and such disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Dubai.
