- After making a purchase within a weeks’ time, registered customers will receive an email with a gift voucher of AED 500, which can be used for their future purchases at Sharaf DG.
- A pre-booking charge of 1000Dhs is required from customers, payable both in-store and online for products sold by Sharaf DG. This amount will be adjusted in the total purchase price once stocks are available for buying.
- Delivery scheduling is contingent upon full payment by the customer in-store or completion of the final online purchase process.
- Upon stock availability, customers will receive notification via email/call. They then have 96 hours to pay the full amount and finalize the purchase.
- Failure to complete the purchase within the 96-hour window the customer will not be able to avail a cashback, the 1000 AED which will be issued as a Gift Voucher (GV) redeemable before the GV expiry date( one year). The GV can only be used to purchase Samsung Televisions.
- Post-purchase benefits such as Refer and Earn, TOD Subscription, and Anghami Plus are provided by Samsung and are available to customers who purchase the television.
- Trade-in TopUp benefits are applicable only to 2024 models of Samsung televisions.
