Terms and conditions

• The Samsung “Galaxy S25 Series Reviews” Campaign will start on 17th Feb 2025 and end on 4th May 2025.
• This Campaign is intended to increase reviews of the Galaxy S25 Series, which includes the S25, S25+ & S25Ultra, from customers in the United Arab Emirates.
• Participants who submit reviews will stand a chance to win a AED 500 Sharaf DG Gift Voucher(11winners) & 1 Prize winner will get Samsung 85” UHD TV(the “Prize”).

Mechanism

• The customer must visit the Sharaf DG website at www.uae.sharafdg.com to submit a review for the Device to qualify for the Campaign.
• The customer must be signed up on www.uae.sharafdg.com and should be browsing the website, including the product pages of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Series. The shortlisted winner will be verified to ensure they are a registered user of www.sharafdg.com.
• All participating customers will enter a prize draw 11+1 Winners (11XAED500 Vouchers + 1 85” UHD TV), and winners will be randomly selected by Sharaf DG.

Participation Eligibility

• Sharaf DG employees are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
• Participation is only valid for individuals aged eighteen (18) years and above.

Winner Terms

• The Winner will be contacted via the email address registered on the Website to arrange the receipt of the Prize.
• The Prize is not exchangeable for cash or other product
• In case of any hardware issue or DOA (Dead on Arrival) with the Prize within 7 days, it will be replaced.

General Terms

• Participants fully grant Sharaf DG permission to use the Content on its website, any online media channels, or anywhere Sharaf DG deems appropriate. Participants also consent to the use of the Content for the purpose of promoting Sharaf DG's commercial content, with the understanding that all intellectual property rights related to the Content shall become the sole property of Sharaf DG.
• The selected Winner shall receive the Prize at their own responsibility and understands that Sharaf DG shall not be liable for any loss and/or damages of any kind whatsoever once the Prize has been delivered.
• Sharaf DG shall be entitled, at its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate or modify this Campaign, or to modify, vary, delete, or add to any of these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to or during the Campaign Period.
• Any dispute of any nature, directly or indirectly related to the Campaign, shall be governed by the laws of the UAE and shall be resolved by the competent courts in Dubai. Sharaf DG's standard terms and conditions will apply.
