If you have any questions or concerns regarding our return policy, feel free to contact our Customer Experience team. A return will not be accepted without a return authorization. If you would like to return an item, please use the Online Returns Centre to issue a return request. Once approved, this will provide the authorization number (RMA Number) and return label. Return requests made after 3 days will not be accepted. All returns must be shipped and postmarked within 10 days of the item being received. Any return shipped after 3 days may be ineligible for a refund. Unwanted items (no longer needed, ordered the wrong item, etc.) returned due to no fault of the seller will have the return shipping cost deducted from the refund. Please send us back the item in its original packaging and condition with all of the parts. We do not accept returns for items if damaged or altered through customer misuse, the item is missing parts, or is in an unsellable condition. Refunds and reimbursements (where applicable) for the products are not issued until the returned item arrives back at our warehouse.
