The delivery was dispatched on time, but the package had some damage, it has a crack on the top and the front glass panel is shattered, there are lot of dents on the case.

The wrong fridge still sits in my corridor. I have filed a complaint with the DED. No call from the manager as promised on Monday and Thursday. Nobody has turned up to collect the black fridge as promised last Saturday and this Thursday. You and Home Store continually make false promises. One of the worst costumer experiences I have ever had. Your call centre people are nice and they answer the call, but don't provide correct information. No emails either, just me calling up. Still no resolution
