The worst experience. The wrong item delivered for a different price, difficult communication.. then a faulty item delivered, with a wrong plug.. ridiculous delivery times after around 11pm.. More than a month dealing with it and we are without a dryer.

The worst company I've ever dealt with. They are not professional and they're keeping telling me to give money as they're poor or to give them my old washing machine. And once I asked them to teach how to use the machine they told we don't know anything ,only because I didn't give them money or my old machine.

A week ago Sharaf DG delivered a dishwasher that was not the dishwasher I ordered and paid for in full online. The delivery guys were very quick to bring the item into my house and make me sign the delivery note. I noticed the item they had delivered was an inferior product to the one I have had ordered and paid for and had a damaged note on the side of the box. On the delivery note I stated that the wrong item had been delivered and was damaged and raised a complaint with the Sharaf DG
